In Reckless Play, Liz Williams and Howard Katz transform aerial circus, live music, and contemporary dance into an intimate portrait of a relationship. With suspended ropes, tender duets, and raw stories, two performers tell how they met, argued, and grew—how struggle can dissolve into dance and distance can become connection. Each performance becomes a lively conversation about love, resilience, and the beautiful chaos in between.

In Threading Lightness, Marie Schmitz searches for a way out of the chaos she herself has created. Her only prop: the trapeze, sometimes a partner on the ground, sometimes in the air, becomes a symbol of control and letting go. Constantly alternating between challenge and unfolding, the piece shows how trying to control everything often has the opposite effect—and how much power lies in the ability to pause. Step by step, she discovers the lightness that allows her to soar ever higher.
