During the workshop, you will:

Prerequisites:
- Good physical condition with regular aerial or acrobatic practice.
- Familiarity with tipping over the bar for porters.
- Ability to reverse from suspension (leg lift to skin the cat) for flyers.
This workshop can be adapted to trapeze or silks.

With over 16 years of experience in the circus industry, including touring with Cirque Du Soleil and collaborating with renowned companies such as The 7 Fingers and Cirque Eloize, Marie-Christine brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her teaching.
